hello,

When one of customers contacts customer service, we send them a feedback survey.

We have a workflow set up that triggers when somebody gives a certain answer on that feedback survey.

We want people to be able to re-enroll in the workflow should the contact customer service again down the road. Is there a way to do this without clearing any of their feedback survey properties?

Hi [@bren\_henn](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/568709),

Happy to help here!

The details would depend on your setup, but generally, HubSpot works slightly differently. Feedback submissions are captured separately (they also get their own ID), so if a contact is sent a survey twice, two submissions would be generated and could also be reported on as two submissions. By submitting a second time, the first submission is not overwritten.

If you want me to elaborate, please share a screenshot of your workflow.

Best regards!
