Every month, I want to automatically send a list of MQL’s that did not convert in the past 180 days to my sales team based on the owner of the MQL.

How can I achieve this?

I dont have Hubspot workflows where I can run it every month, week and so on.

Hi @AnmolOberoi,

Without workflows, this is not possible automatically. For automated notifications or recurring custom reports, a Professional subscription is required.

However, here’s what I’d recommend: Create a filtered view for contacts where the ‘Date entered’ property for MQLs is more than 180 days ago and ‘Contact owner’ is me (dynamic). Save this view and share it with the team to review regularly: [View and filter records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-records-and-save-views#filter-records-and-save-views)

If you want to remind them about this, consider a recurring email with the link to this filtered view, a recurring Teams or Slack message etc.

Best regards!

Thank Karsten. I do have professional Hubspot with Workflows. Sorry if that was confusing.

What I meant was that I dont have the ability to run the workflow in a recurring fashion automatically.

Given that I have the workflows, would you be able to suggest something more automated?

@AnmolOberoi sure, enroll contacts when the “Date entered” MQL property is more than 180 days ago, then use the “Send internal email notification” workflow action to notify the contact owner - alternatively, create a task for them.

Let me know if you have any followup questions!

Makes sense. Thanks a lot Karsten. In case this is repetitive, I apologise but how will this continue to run automatically?

Lets say I do as you suggested.

2 months later, those contacts wont get enrolled again as they wont fit the criteria.

Instead the newer ones will.

But I was wondering if there is a way to enroll even the older ones?

@AnmolOberoi when you turn on the workflow, you can choose whether you want to enroll existing contacts (MQLs for 180 or longer) or only new contacts (contacts who become 180 day old MQLs after turning on). If you choose the former, all old MQLs will be enrolled and then, on an ongoing basis those who pass the 180 day mark.

Keep in mind that the former could mean a lot of notifications.
