Hi,
I’m trying to see if there’s a way to re-arrange contacs in the company card, so contacts with specific association labels show at the top.
I already applied the Sort by “Association Label” but we have multiple labels and I need to have people with specific labels at the very top (the sorting doesn’t solve for this).
An alternative for my specific case would be to be able to filter out contacts with specific association labels so they don’t show.
Is any of this doable?

Hi @Bibiana_R, HubSpot sorts association labels alphanumerically. So for sorting by association label a hack that you may choose try is renaming your association labels as 1. Label A, 2. Label B, 3. Label C as per the hierarchy you have in mind or that fits your use case. Unfortunately I cannot think of a method by which you can filter out select association labels.

I can think of a few workarounds:
1) Association cards in the right column have an “Association Label” quick filter by default. I don’t think you can preset this filter for the cards in the right column though, so it’s a quick but manual approach
2) You could add an “Association label list” or “Association property list” card to the middle column and choose the label that you’d like to “pin”. It will then show only the record associated with this label.

… yes, this can be done when edit the contact association card in the right sidebar of the company record (or create a new one):
Filters can be applied by segment membership - simply create a segment of contacts who have a specific association label towards companies (e.g. contact is associated to any company where record ID is known and where the association label is xyz).
