Quotes capped at 200 line items — is there really no way around this?

Hi all,

I have a deal with 500+ line items, all correctly associated (the deal amount reflects the full total). But when I create a Quote from that deal, only the first 200 line items get pulled in — the quote total ends up way lower than the deal’s actual total.

I’ve seen older threads confirming the deal’s line items caps at 10,000 but nothing official specifically about the Quote capping at 200.

Questions:

  1. Is this 200-item cap on Quotes a hard, documented limit, or is there any workaround (settings, permissions, Enterprise-tier difference, API-based quote creation, etc.)?
  2. Has anyone gotten a Quote to include more than 200 line items, by any method?

Would appreciate confirmation from HubSpot if this is intentional/permanent — it’s a real blocker for large multi-line quotes.
