Quote -Your Info - Your Company Information

I am on the 3rd step in building a quite on the Your Info step, and it automatically pulls up “your company information”

Its pulling an old logo/fav icon that was replaced in our account branding. I for the life of me cannot figure out where that favicon/logo is coming from?

Can anyone direct me to the correct location to resolve that?

Hi @CTjelmeland,

The quote should pull this information directly from the company branding, HubSpot support have confirmed this to me before: Edit a brand's logo, favicon, brand colors, fonts, and theme

A few things to note:

  • Updating this seems to only reflect on quotes created after the change.
  • When saving the branding, make sure that all required fields (left of the upload area) are filled out correctly.
  • Give the update a moment, it might take a few minutes.

THank you for your response @karstenkoehler but this is exactly where I am confused. All of my branding is set up correctly with the correct logo and icon. The logo is used on the top of the quote template, but when it gets to the “company info” its pulling an old logo that I cannot figure out where its coming from. That logo is not listed in our branding at this time.

So it appears to me that the quote itself is using the branding but this “Company info” which doesnt show on the template is being pulled from some other setting that I am struggling to find.

Is this incorrect logo also showing on your company record in the CRM? If so, can you try updating the logo there? Change or remove a record's image

@karstenkoehler I had the same thought a few days ago, updated the company record and still the old fav icon showing in that quote section. Its maddening not to be able to find it.

Are you on a paid subscription? I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot customer support, this sounds like a bug. (I went through the exact same steps as you earlier and it worked.)
