At the moment, here what’s currently supported for quotes:

You can easily add buyer signers and select internal countersigners from your organization in the Acceptance section, the countersigners are chosen manually from a dropdown menu.

A core-seat user can be designated as the quote sender by another team member, or serve as a countersigner.

When sending the quote email, you have the flexibility to change the “From” address to any permitted personal or team email. Just keep in mind this relates to the sending address, not automatic seller or signature ownership based on the deal owner.

However, regarding automatically using the signature of the quote or deal owner, even if someone else creates or sends it, this cannot be done currently.
