'Quote - Publish Status' needs to be a Deal Enrollment Trigger

We need to add ‘Quote Publish Status’ as a datapoint in the ‘Deal Enrollment Trigger’ list.
This way teams can move deals automatically into ‘Quoted & Follow Up’ once a quote is published.
