Question About Mapping Shopify Order Data to HubSpot Deal Properties

Hi HubSpot Team,

We’re using Shopify and want to send order details into HubSpot deals using a third-party app.

The product titles in our Shopify orders look like this:
DELUXE ROOM - 10 Days / Double / April 5 - 14

We’d like to separate this information and map it into custom deal properties like:

  • Retreat Start Date
  • Retreat End Date
  • Retreat Type
  • Room Selection
  • Discount Code
  • Discount Amount
  • Retreat Location

Is this something that can be done through a third-party integration?

This is doable, but it depends on how your third-party app pulls and sends the data.

You can use a middleware tool like Zapier, where you can set up a workflow with the trigger as a new order in Shopify. Then, use the Formatter in Zapier to split the text, and create or update the deal in HubSpot accordingly.
