Question About Automation in Deals

Hi HubSpot users,

I have a question for you.

How can I configure automations in HubSpot so that when I create a task within a deal, the system only moves to the next step if the task has actually been completed?

Currently, it seems that the task is created and the flow automatically proceeds to the next step without any check for task completion.

Hi @Nviale,

Can you share a screenshot of the workflow that moves the deal to the next stage? In the enrolment criteria if this workflow, you’d have to make sure that deals only enroll if they’re associated to an activity with a matching ‘Task title’ and ‘Task status’ = completed.
