Query about Contextual Certification

Hi,

I submitted practicums for Contextual Marketing Certification after completing the exam. My practicum of forms, smart text and email personalization already have been approved, but my Smart CTA haven´t and I don’t know why. Actually, my coworkers have the same problem, our CTA’s work correctly, were we missing something? Did we skip a step?

This is a known issue that our team is currently investigating. If you can share the email address of your colleague who is experiencing the issue as well, that would be great!

I will make sure that any changes are pushed to both of your users so that your certifications are updated appropriately.
