¿Qué ideas de contenido tienes para tu recorrido del comprador?

My main idea is that, starting from the visited website or landing page, there is information tailored to the stage you are in, along with success story videos, blogs, webinars, etc.

For the different stages of the buyer’s journey:

Awareness: Blog posts, Facebook posts, and LinkedIn infographics for lead nurturing.

Consideration: Comparative guides highlighting why they should choose my product over competitors, showcasing my most attractive key differentiators.

Decision: Pilot tests with the first three founding customers, followed by demonstrations using pitch decks and short videos, and then a consulting service for maximum customization tailored to each specific customer.

Awareness - blog posts

Consideration - comparison guides

Decision - demo

Within the Educarse Foundation, there are several types of content. These include reports, presentations, and documents containing information about activities carried out at the institutions, as well as documents managed by the teachers in charge of the courses.

For the awareness stage, I would create short videos, infographics, and educational posts that help the audience identify a need or problem.

In the consideration stage, I would share guides, tutorials, comparisons, and real-life case studies that present different solutions.

Finally, in the decision stage, I would use testimonials, demonstrations, results examples, and a clear call to action. I believe content should inform and build trust before attempting to sell.

The market we handle has a more or less constant consumption, but the factories in this sector are very little known.

Os

One content idea would be to offer them resources to help evaluate their options, such as a free webinar and an ebook featuring a publishing calendar to help them organize their month. This way, they would no longer feel so uninformed or disorganized in their business, giving it a real boost.

My idea is based on understanding the buyer and their purchasing needs… From there, we would focus on crafting a hook that would make the potential buyer interested in the product and managing the channels that would keep the buyer both informed and engaged, leading them to our goal, which is the purchase. For me, everything comes down to understanding the client’s needs to generate the ideas that will drive our content.

My content idea for a gym

In the awareness stage: A young person wants to lose weight and build muscle, which helps them identify the problem and motivates them to sign up for a gym. In this case, the content I would create would mainly consist of videos showcasing the facilities on the social media platforms most used by young people today, such as Instagram and TikTok.

In the consideration stage: The person will be hesitating between several gyms in the area, so comparative guides and reviews from current customers would be highly useful here.

In the decision stage: The person has chosen my gym. They will then be offered a free trial day, along with a personal trainer to show them around the facilities.

The Buyer’s Journey for a 100% soy wax candle business is divided into three key stages: Awareness, Consideration, and Decision.

Stage 1: Awareness
The user is looking to solve a problem (stress, bad odors) or improve their well-being, but is not yet searching for a specific brand.

  • Myths about traditional candles: Short video (Reels/TikTok) explaining why paraffin releases toxic soot and how soy wax offers a clean burn.
  • Well-being and aromatherapy guides: Infographic or carousel on “Which essential oils to use based on your mood (relaxation, focus, energy).”
  • Décor and ambiance: Blog article or post with photos on “How to transform your bathroom into a home spa this weekend.”

Stage 2: Consideration
The user knows they want a soy candle and is evaluating options, alternatives, and specific benefits.

  • Visual comparisons: Comparison chart or graphic showing Soy Wax vs. Paraffin vs. Beeswax (duration, melting point, environmental impact).
  • Candle care guide: Educational content on why trimming the wick to 5 mm before lighting prevents smoke and extends its lifespan.
  • Behind the scenes (Craftsmanship): Showcasing the artisanal hand-pouring process, the selection of unbleached cotton wicks, and scent testing.

Stage 3: Decision
The user is ready to buy and needs the final push to choose your store.

Content Type

  • Social Proof | Testimonials and reviews with real customer photos | Generate immediate trust
  • Gift Guide | Interactive quiz: “Discover the perfect candle to gift based on their personality” | Facilitate quick decision-making
  • Unboxing & Experience | Video focused on eco-friendly packaging and the scent upon opening - Evoke a sensory experience
  • Welcome Offer | Ad with a discount on the first purchase or a free sample | Close the initial sale

Every consumer has a unique perception, which also allows us to get to know the consumer.

Hi! To create content for the buyer’s journey, in my case for dermocosmetics, I initially think of writing blogs on the topics being covered. As a second step, I’d create informative videos about product novelties, their properties, and benefits. Finally, I’d offer free trials so customers can feel the texture and properties on their skin.

For the steel industry, content should guide the customer through three stages:

  • Awareness: Inform about problems and needs, such as corrosion, steel types, and applications.
  • Consideration: Compare materials and solutions, for example, 304 vs. 316 steel, suppliers, and MTC certifications.
  • Decision: Showcase products, technical data sheets, quality certificates, success stories, and facilitate the quoting process.

The goal is to build trust, demonstrate technical expertise, and help the customer choose the right product or supplier.

Hi! For my marketing agency, I would outline a content strategy as follows:

  1. Awareness stage:
Blog articles, SEO optimization, and identifying the keywords of my prospects.
  2. Consideration stage
A simulator to assess businesses and propose the best marketing strategy to adopt for their specific needs.
  3. Decision stage
I would offer a free 20-minute virtual consultation to advise them on their needs and help identify the best service option for them.

For the buyer’s journey, I believe it’s important to tailor the content to each stage. In the awareness stage, I would use short videos, social media posts, and information about the educational model and the needs families are looking to address. In the consideration stage, I’d focus on informational sessions, testimonials, comparisons, scholarship details, and student experiences. And in the decision stage, I’d provide more personalized content, such as answering questions, explaining the admissions process, outlining requirements and costs, and detailing the next steps.

I also believe that direct follow-up with the prospect is key, as it allows you to identify which stage they are in and send them information that is truly useful for moving forward with their decision.

My content idea for a weight-loss clinic

Surgical and non-surgical options for weight loss, offering alternatives in case the client hesitates between one option or another—whether due to fear or other concerns. The goal is to highlight that, as a company, we offer a broad ecosystem of health services that can help improve their quality of life.

Hi,

My market niche is focused on fitness. In the first stage, the problems to solve are how to lose weight and how to build muscle mass. By addressing these issues, we move into the consideration stage, which includes workouts at our gym with each of our trainers, how to start training safely to avoid injuries, and adapting to a healthier lifestyle.

In the decision stage, we offer a trial class, both in-person and virtual, so potential clients can experience the service, along with a tour of the facilities tailored to the type of training each person needs.
