Q2 was arguably the biggest quarter in Commerce Hub (now Revenue Hub) history. We shipped the full quote-to-cash connected experience, rebranded the product from Commerce Hub to Revenue Hub, crossed 900+ beta enrollments for that connected experience in the first week, and kept releasing — from AI-powered collections to self-serve buyer billing to automated CPQ guardrails.
Below is the complete list of everything that shipped in Q2, starting with releases that haven’t been covered in a weekly post yet.
New this post
Quote Template Migrator — Now Generally Available (GA — June 30)
What is it? The Standard Quote Template Migrator graduated from public beta to GA this week. The updated experience brings the migration checklist report directly into the template editor — so admins can see what was successfully migrated and what needs review, click into each flagged section, and make edits without searching the full template.
Why does it matter? Rebuilding quote templates from scratch has been one of the biggest friction points for teams transitioning from Legacy Quotes to Revenue Hub Quotes. This removes that blocker: migrate a standard template in a few clicks, review inline, and pick up where your old template left off.

Revenue Agent (Coming soon)
What is it? An AI agent for accounts receivable that takes over invoice reminder workflows and manages intelligent, account-based collections — reacting to invoice events and customer replies, creating outreach action plans, and keeping a human in the loop before anything sends.
Why does it matter? Our GM of Revenue Hub put it well on LinkedIn: the hardest part of running a SaaS business is getting paid after you’ve already delivered the value. Revenue Agent is where Revenue Hub’s AI goes from helping you prioritize follow-up to actually doing it. More to come here soon!

Contracts & CPQ upgrades
HubSpot Contracts (Private Beta March → Public Beta April 14 → GA June 9)
What is it? Contracts is a new HubSpot object that connects quotes to the post-close revenue lifecycle. Accepted quotes automatically generate a Contract as the source of record. Contracts support change quotes for mid-term amendments and renewal quotes, with built-in TCV, ACV, MRR, and ARR calculations and a full history tab. As of June 16, Contracts also powers the Connected CPQ, Billing & Payments experience — so the contract isn’t just a record, it’s what drives the billing schedule and revenue reporting.
Why does it matter? Renewals, upsells, proration, and mid-term changes have historically lived outside HubSpot. Contracts brings that motion into the CRM, and the Connected experience makes it the engine of automated billing and revenue reporting. Contracts reached general availability on June 9, with full rollout completing June 12.
E-Signature Delegation on Quotes (Live — April 13)
What is it? Quote signers can now delegate their signature to someone else on their team directly from the quote — without requiring the rep to update the signer and resend.
Why does it matter? Reps often send quotes to someone who isn’t the final signer. Every time that happened, deals stalled while the rep updated the record. Now buyers can route the quote internally on their own.
Password Protection on Quotes (Live — May 7)
What is it? Sellers can require buyers to enter a password before viewing a quote. Enforceable portal-wide or on a quote-by-quote basis.
Why does it matter? Quotes contain sensitive pricing, contract terms, and company details. Until now, anyone with the link could view the quote. Password protection is a requirement for regulated industries and confidential deals.
Section-Level AI Writing Guidelines for Quotes (Live — April 21)
What is it? Admins can now add writing instructions to individual quote template sections, so Breeze generates on-brand content every time — without reps having to prompt it manually.
Why does it matter? Every rep now starts from the same on-brand baseline. Teams can build brand voice, legal language requirements, or customer-specific context directly into templates.

Custom-Coded Quote Modules (Public Beta May 7 → GA May 29)
What is it? Admins, developers, and solutions partners can build custom CMS React modules and embed them directly into quote templates — alongside or as a replacement for HubSpot’s default sections.
Why does it matter? Full flexibility to deliver any quote experience: conditional terms and conditions, external data pulls, custom line item presentations, branded interactive elements. The quote is now a fully extensible platform.

Quote Rules Engine (Alpha April → Private Beta → Public Beta May 29)
What is it? A rules engine where RevOps and admins define pricing and packaging guardrails, and reps get real-time guidance as they build quotes. Supports incompatibility rules, compatibility rules, pricing rules (discount/margin thresholds), and quantity rules. Public beta shipped with rule templates, improved formula editing, grayed-out incompatible products, and inline feedback instead of disruptive banners.
Why does it matter? Fewer quoting errors reaching the buyer, without slowing down the rep. Admins configure once; every quote benefits.
Available for Revenue Hub Enterprise only.

Lock and Hide Quote Template Modules (Live — June 2)
What is it? Admins can lock and hide specific modules within quote templates — rich text sections, Writer sections, and custom-coded modules — preventing reps from editing those sections when creating individual quotes.
Why does it matter? What you build in the template is what the buyer sees, every time. Legal terms don’t get softened. Brand copy doesn’t get “personalized.” A natural complement to Custom-coded Modules.
Automated Quote Reminders (GA — June 16)
What is it? Admins configure a default reminder schedule once in settings; it applies automatically across every quote. Reps can see upcoming reminders from the quote record; individual reminders can be toggled off per quote.
Why does it matter? Following up on unsigned quotes is one of those tasks that quietly kills deals. Automated reminders make diligence automatic — no rep action required.

Revenue Hub Rebrand
Commerce Hub is now Revenue Hub (June 16)
What is it? Commerce Hub is officially rebranded to Revenue Hub, reflecting the expansion from transactional tools to full revenue lifecycle management: Lead → Deal → Quote → Order → Contract → Bill → Collect → Renew → Upsell — all connected in HubSpot.
Why does it matter? Revenue Hub Pro and Enterprise customers now have a single system of record for the full post-close revenue motion. The rebrand isn’t cosmetic — it reflects what the product is now capable of.
Connected CPQ, Billing & Payments (Public Beta — June 16)
What is it? End-to-end quote-to-cash: when a buyer accepts a quote, a Contract is automatically created, a Billing Schedule fires from the contract, and the buyer can set up payment at the moment of acceptance. 902 portal enrollments in the first week.
Why does it matter? Eliminates the manual handoffs between quote, contract, billing, and payment. What’s on the quote is on the contract. What’s on the contract is on the billing schedule. What’s on the billing schedule is in the report.
MRR/ARR Revenue Reporting (Public Beta — June 16)
What is it? A real-time MRR/ARR waterfall report — booked MRR, expanded MRR, churned MRR, net new — pulled directly from contracts and billing schedules. Part of the connected flow.
Why does it matter? “What’s our MRR right now?” gets an answer that doesn’t require a three-day spreadsheet build.

Price Books (Public Beta — May 29)
What is it? Manage segmented pricing for different customers, regions, or tiers — natively in HubSpot, with full multi-currency support (added June 8) and auto-assignment so deals get the right price book automatically.
Why does it matter? RevOps teams can define pricing logic once; reps never have to figure out which pricing applies.

Breeze Invoice Prioritization (Public Beta — June 16)
What is it? AI-ranked AR follow-up list — Breeze analyzes the overdue invoice portfolio by risk, age, and customer value, and surfaces who to contact first.
Why does it matter? Instead of a flat list sorted by due date, finance teams get AI-driven prioritization that focuses effort where it will recover revenue fastest.

“Get Paid” Actions in Customer Agent (Private Beta June 2 → Public Beta June 16)
What is it? Two new Customer Agent actions: Find Invoices (look up invoices in any status and share a checkout link, in-channel) and Send Payment Links (deliver a payment link directly in the conversation). Available to all hubs and tiers.
Why does it matter? A buyer asks a billing question, the agent answers it and closes the loop with a payment link — in the same chat, email, or messaging thread. No handoff required.

Billing & Accounts Receivable
Default Manual Tax Rates (GA — April 7)
What is it? Admins can designate a default tax rate from the Tax Rate Library that automatically applies to all new line items across deals, quotes, invoices, payment links, and more.
Why does it matter? Eliminates a repetitive manual step for teams in a single tax jurisdiction — common in Europe, ANZ, Canada, and LATAM.
Edit Balance-Changing Properties on Paid Invoices (Live — June 18)
What is it? Teams can now adjust line items on paid and partially paid invoices — including edits that change the total. When an invoice has associated payments, HubSpot recalculates the balance due and invoice status in real time as edits are made, so the invoice remains the source of truth. Enable it in Invoice Settings → Allow price-impacting edits after payment. (Note: not yet supported for invoices with Automated Sales Tax enabled.)
Why does it matter? Correcting a paid invoice previously meant recreating the record or tracking adjustments outside HubSpot. Now billing teams can make supported edits without starting over — and if an updated invoice creates a remaining balance, the buyer can pay through the existing payment flow. A meaningful unlock for teams dealing with short-pays, corrections, or post-delivery adjustments.

Credit Memos (GA — live across the invoicing lifecycle)
What is it? Issue credits in HubSpot — from scratch or from an invoice — and apply them to the original invoice or save as available credit for a future invoice, with a full application trail. Q2 extended this to two important use cases: credit memos now sync bi-directionally with QuickBooks Online (GA April 7), and merchants using automated sales tax can now create credit memos from AST-enabled invoices with tax automatically prorated and reversed (GA June 4). Credit memo numbers are auto-generated.
Why does it matter? Post-invoice adjustments (returns, discounts, billing corrections, write-offs) now work end-to-end inside HubSpot — including for customers running AST who previously hit a dead end whenever a correction was needed.

Credit Memo Sync for QuickBooks Online (GA — April 7)
What is it? Credit memos sync bi-directionally between HubSpot and QBO, including line items, discounts, and automated sales tax. Credit memo applications to invoices sync in both directions.
Why does it matter? Eliminates double-entry for finance teams — a credit memo created in either system automatically reflects in the other.

Credit Memos: CRM Associations & Object Settings (Live — April 16)
What is it? Credit memos are now a first-class CRM object — supported in the Data Model Builder, with association labels, object settings, and Segments. Teams can build segments and reporting using credit activity alongside the rest of their revenue data.
Why does it matter? Credit memos previously lived in isolation from the CRM. Now they connect to deals, contacts, companies, and invoices the same way every other revenue object does.

Billing Portal (Public Beta — June 23)
What is it? A secure, self-serve portal where buyers can view and pay invoices, update payment methods, download invoice PDFs, and manage or cancel subscriptions — without emailing your team. A link to the portal is included in every buyer-facing receipt email automatically.
Why does it matter? Recurring payments fail at 5–20% depending on segment. Giving buyers a frictionless path to update payment methods directly protects GPV. And every CS/AR “can you send me my invoice?” email that doesn’t get sent is time back for your team.

Link Invoices to Projects (Live — April 13)
What is it? Invoices can now be associated with HubSpot Projects in both directions, connecting billed revenue to the project work it covers.
Why does it matter? Gives project-based and services businesses clearer project-level billing visibility and more confident reporting on invoiced vs. non-invoiced work.

Self-Serve Stripe Subscription Migrations (Live — May 29)
What is it? Migrate eligible Stripe subscriptions to HubSpot yourself — no support ticket, no waiting. Navigate to Settings → Payments → Payments Accounts, review eligible subscriptions, and start. HubSpot pauses the Stripe subscription automatically once the migration completes.
Why does it matter? Removes the last manual bottleneck for teams consolidating billing into HubSpot from Stripe.
Payments
Track Payments Processed Outside HubSpot (Public Beta April 15 → GA May)
What is it? All customers can now manually record external payments — checks, bank transfers, offline transactions — directly in HubSpot. Supports bulk imports, workflows, and API integration.
Why does it matter? Revenue was slipping through the cracks for teams that process transactions outside HubSpot. Now the complete payment picture — regardless of channel — lives in the CRM alongside marketing and sales activity.

Multiple Stored Payment Methods on Contacts (Public Beta April 6 → GA May)
What is it? Sellers can now see all of a buyer’s stored payment methods and select the right one for each transaction. Buyers with multiple assets, locations, or accounts can pay from different methods on different invoices.
Why does it matter? One payment method per contact was a top complaint from customers managing complex accounts. Now billing is as flexible as your buyers need it to be.

HubSpot Capital (GA — June 16)
What is it? Working capital (powered by Stripe) available directly inside HubSpot for US and UK customers using HubSpot Payments or Stripe. Pre-qualified based on payment history; funding in 1–2 business days if approved. Repayments deducted automatically from future transactions.
Why does it matter? Access to capital without a bank visit or lengthy application — from the same place you’re already managing revenue. For SMBs where cash flow timing matters, this is a meaningful unlock.
