I am trying to automatically pull the Primary Company’s “Country/Region” into the Contact record. Is there a way?
Tried a workflow but it wouldn’t le me mix the two types of records.
Any idea?

Alternatively, you can create a company-based workflow, not a contact-based workflow:
If you’re only interested in the primary company, however, you would have to label those company records first with a contact-based workflow:
You could then adjust the previous workflow as follows:
Keep in mind that this is not going to be perfectly accurate. A company which is a primary company for one contact might be a non-primary company for another contact. This nuance cannot be reflected in these workflows so there is a margin of error.
