Pull in Companies from Quickbooks

HubSpot’s QuickBooks (QB) integration maps customers to QB contacts. But we are a B2B and need our QB customers are companies (accounts). We need them to map into QB companies. How can we do this?

I wanted to share the Quickbooks Integrations from the App Marketplace with you. Would you be able to confirm which integration you are referring to? Is it the Quickbooks Online integration by HubSpot, the Quickbooks Desktop Sync by Commerciant or another integration?

Thanks for the additional information!

According to the integration page, Quickbooks Online Integration currently only has the capability to map customers from Quickbooks to contacts in HubSpot.

An alternative integration you may want to explore is the QuickBooks Online Automation which allows for QB customers to be mapped to HubSpot companies. I wanted to share the app provider’s website with you in case you would like to take a look, and contact their team.

I also wanted to add our subject matter experts to this conversation to see if they have any advice.

Hey @Josh, @MandyDROS, @HubDoPete - do any of you have experience with the QuickBooks Online Automation solution by SyncQ? Can anyone vouch for whether or not it is a reliable solution?
