Would be great to update the Google Meet app to add the ability to pull in any Gemini-generated meeting notes (using the ‘take notes for me’ feature) into HubSpot activities, much like 3rd party apps seem to be able to do.
This is also something I would find beneficial.
Some of the main CS tooling we have seen to compete with Hubspot, is utilising AI to capture CS interactions and record them in the CRM.
By not having an integration like this, you are opening yourself up to weaker notes (depends on due diligence of the individual) and also time costing.

I was on some calls with Google and Hubspot PMs in late 2024 as they were scoping for the next Beta, and I believe there is something on the way that would help there. Fingers crossed, because yes, this would be hugely beneficial!

My immigration law firm used to use Fireflies.AI and there is a nice Hubspot integration that pulled our video call notes in. However, Google Gemini is better integrated overall with our company and would be a killer integration.
+1 on this, Ive been getting back weekly on this. It seems all other AI meeting tools intergrate relatively easily however we are a google workspace house so this would hugely improve sales operations now that gemini is native to google workspace accounts.

Seems like there’s a beta for an integrated ‘HubSpot Meeting Notetaker’ (search in the ‘in beta’ section of your Product Updates settings page), but it would still be very worthwhile having this option available too.
My company also works on a Google platform and is eager to hear more about Hubspot’s integration with the Google suite AI functions, especially for any Sales Insights takeaways.

This is an amazing idea. Our entire sales force now needs to manually update the meeting notes. Gemini takes good notes of meetings and then our sales, business development, and onboarding representatives can just review. slightly adapt if needed and go to the next lead, customer or ticket.
It would be incredible to have this option as it would save a lot of admin time and help users focus on sales!

I have a client who would really appreciate this functionality as their team relies on the Gemini-generated Meeting Notes.
Any update on this? Seems like maybe the idea is to push people to use the Sales Meeting Notetaker (Record and take notes in meetings with Notetaker), which requires a Professional or Enterprise seat. You can copy/paste the meeting notes from Gemini to the Internal Notes to the meeting if you have the Gmail integration, but it sure would be nice if that could be automatic.
