I am working on the Hubspot Module creation. I have completed the development. I have developed it by refereeing the [docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/guides/cms/overview). Now, I want to publish the Module on the Marketplace of the Hubspot. While processing it. I saw that it is giving the validation errors.

But it is not that helpful as it is not showing exactly what is going wrong. Also, I have gone through the docs but could not able to find any particular folder structure for the (Publishable) module.

Also, Here is my folder structure breakdown:

- hello-world-project

- hello-world-app

- assets (dir)

- (All images of module)

- components (dir)

- islands

- Slider.jsx

- modules

- Slider

- fields.jsx

- index.jsx

- styles (dir)

- node\_modules (dir)

- .pnp.cjs

- .pnp.loader.mjs

- babel.config.json

- cms-assets.json

- hubspot.config.yml

- package.json and lock files

- vitest.config.js

- yarn.lock

- .hsignore

- hubspot.config.yml
While I am trying to run the command: **hs project validate**

I am getting the following error:

![DhruvangDave_1-1755955124968.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/optimized/3X/9/8/98bbac634da88e9a2e3c9c8218c0fbdef61a4232_2_690x40.png)

**My questions:**
1. What should be my folder structure while uploading the React CMS module to the Marketplace.

2. What procedure should I follow.

3. Which things I should take care of on the coding level.

4. Am I missing anything here?

Hi,

Several things are wrong, but I don’t have time to go into all the details right now.

The best thing to do is follow the recommended architecture. Check out the “Project structure” section here: [GitHub - HubSpot/cms-elevate-theme-public · GitHub](https://github.com/HubSpot/cms-elevate-theme-public)

Then, carefully follow what’s written here: [Build health checks - HubSpot docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/reference/cms/react/build-health-checks)

You need to run your commands in the folder that contains hsproject.json.

With this, you’ll be able to get on the right track.

Hello,

With the new developer platform, you now have a command that properly initializes your project:

`hs get-started`
