Hi,
I published my landing page days ago using Hubspot’s domain but the link still doesn’t work. I can open it with the preview but I get an error if it opens in another tab.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
-opened the link in incognito
-checked the URL slug for issues
-confirmed that the page is published
-tested other landing pages (could not open any in another tab)
Would appreciate any help in resolving this. Thanks
@aw22 I can access your “homepage” of the domain itself, just hitting a 404 as I’m assuming there is no content published there yet. So unless you’ve solved this already and just not posted an update, my guess is that it’s a local issue.
It could be a matter of your network, VPN, running an old OS version or browser misinterpreting the SSL certificate and marking it as insecure. There are some techy solutions to reset and test. In your shoes I’d do a Google search for this after confirming with someone that they can access the website and page URLs of published pages.
Hey @aw22,
Thanks for following up here!
I’d like to tag in some Community experts to see what other suggestions they may have to troubleshoot this unexpected error. @Humashankar, @Markestac, and @Anton - any idea why this still wouldn’t load despite @aw22’s domains being connected?

HubSpot uses Google Trust Services for SSL certificates. If your root domain has a CAA record that doesn’t include pki.goog, SSL provisioning will fail.
