Published HubSpot form is blank in Turkey unless using a VPN

A published HubSpot form created with the new form editor opens as a blank page on desktop and mobile when accessed through a normal connection in Turkey.

Evidence:

  • Critical JavaScript, CSS, and font assets from static.hsappstatic.net fail with net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET and transfer 0 bytes.
  • The first observed failure is the embedded-viral-link-ui app.css asset; app.js, app.packages.js, and font requests fail as well.
  • The public render-definition endpoint returns HTTP 200 and contains the complete form structure, so the form itself is published and valid.
  • With a VPN enabled, the same CDN assets load and the form renders correctly.
  • Hard refresh and an incognito session do not resolve the issue without a VPN.

This points to a CDN edge, routing, or network filtering issue rather than a form configuration problem. Has anyone observed the same behavior in Turkey or nearby regions? Is there an official HubSpot escalation channel for CDN routing incidents, or a recommended allowlist that does not require visitors to use a VPN?

I have intentionally omitted portal IDs, form IDs, account details, cookies, and HAR data from this public post.

Hi @senihbayankulu and welcome, we are delighted to have you here! :orange_heart:

Thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot Community and for these details!

At this time, there is no IP allowlist published nor an alternative domain to bypass these CDN access issues.

For new feature suggestions, I’d recommend first to search and check if this idea is already present on our Ideas Forum here. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.

If the idea doesn’t exist already, please consider posting and creating a new Idea on our Ideas Forum here.

However, I’ll be glad to look into this and pass it along internally for you.

We’ll need indeed the HAR file and more details (it’s great that you didn’t share it here publicly, thanks for that), so I’m going to send you a DM to follow up about this.

Thanks so much,
Bérangère
