Prospecting Workspace About Contact Card

Hi All,

Having an issue with the About this Contact card on the Prospecting Workspace. Its showing a bunch of random fields that isn’t even on a view anywhere else on our platform let alone our Default card. Does anyone know how to directly change the Contact fields on the About this Contact card when you click on a Lead in the Prospecting Workspace?

Are you referring to the section highlighted in my screenshot below? If so, have you tried customizing the properties through the Actions menu?

Hey Kennedy!

Thank you very much! I believe our UI is quite different as when I click on a Lead my ‘About this’ section is along the top of the Lead.

Thanks for the screenshots @DCrinnion1! It looks like you still have an “Actions” menu on the top right corner of the About this contact section. Could you also attach a screenshot of the options you see in that dropdown menu?
