Our outbound sales team are currently trialling out the new Prospecting Tool starting this week. The team heavily use task queues to be able to identify their workload for the day and be able to prioritise that depending on the queue they are in.

It would be great in future developments of the prospecting tool ‘summary’ tab to have a ‘queue’ section alongside the tasks & sequence sections, so users can see what due/overdue tasks are in each queue.

Agreed. For example, I have a task queue that’s just for deals in the proposal stage. Those are my highest priority, and I rely on that queue to attack that work first daily.

Second this! Our team use task queues as their call lists, and having them within the task area of prospecting would be ideal!
