On a contact record, it would be nice if it said a contact is enrolled in prospecting agent to have visibility.

I agree! I have long hoped for a big banner of some kind we could place onto the Contact record that shows if a Contact is currently enrolled into the Prospecting Agent, it would be so useful!
However, there is a bit of a workaround you could consider - we display the fields “Currently Enrolled In Prospecting Agent”, and the Last Enrolled Date, on the Contact Record. This field is a Yes/No dropdown that updates itself with every PA start and stop so it should be accurate.
This should at least surface that data for your users, but I’m right there with you and I hope to have a better visual option in the future, something big that can’t be missed would be awesome.
