For some reason that I cant understand the First name property changes after the data is inserted to hubspot
Last name is added to the first name.

How can I prevent the property from being changed and remain only one value?

The shared image of contact property history shows that an integration as well a form both are syncing values to contact properties and at last forms are responsible for updating the contact properties. It can be a case that a form gets filled again and makes the contact property value updated.
If the form tracking is not much required on your end then you can disable it.
