We love using the HubSpot signature generator (Free Email Signature Template Generator by HubSpot (2026)) to allow our team to create branded email signatures that we can use in HubSpot and elsewhere. However, we would love to see a “Pronouns” field to allow our associates to select their appropriate pronouns. Currently, it is suggested that pronouns be included in the “Custom” field, but that puts the pronouns below the company name, not the individual’s name, which is not ideal.
