I integrated WhatsApp last week, and now when people talk to me they don’t see my WhatsApp profile picture, how can I add one?
Hi @mtalcalde can you confirm whether you have a profile picture for your HubSpot account as well as one loaded directly to WhatsApp?
Do you see a picture from within the Inbox here:
Based on this thread, it sounds like it might not be possible to set a profile picture for WhatsApp when used with HubSpot - I’m doing a little more digging to see what I can find.

if people are receiving your messages and your whatsapp profile is blank
you need to update this info in the Business Manager in Facebook.
Go to the Whatsapp Manager > Numbers > Numbers Settings> Profile and complete there all the information and photo/logo.
