I’m trying to pass the product custom properties related to signed quotes to other records and to create new records using these product properties that are quote specific.
use-case #1: Record creation
Create ticket with all the product properties in the ticket description to keep the team focused and activate the Saas product, and prepare billling without having to open the quote to scrape the information manually.
use-case #2: Copy properties
Copying these product properties to the company in mapped properties would be ideal to keep all of our reporting accurate all the time and in real-time.
The only option now is to do all this manually.
