I’m looking for a good way to create a page similar to the attached image, below but with checkboxes next to the products. This will be sent to clients who can then select what they’re interested in and submit it. I tried using a form but that seems too restrictive. Has anyone created something like this? I don’t know of another way to get there.
I know I could create pdf, but I was hoping to have something they could interact with on a page and simply submit.
Any ideas?

You can create an interactive product selection page with checkboxes using HubSpot forms. Customize the form to include checkboxes for each product and embed it on your webpage. This way, clients can easily select their interests and submit their choices.

Hey @PSM not out of the box no! This would only be possble through a highly customsed form. I’ve seen people do this in the past with using a HubSpot form embed code and customising the HubSpot form embed code. You’ll need some javascript knowledge to do this however!

That’s what I was thinking. I will think about the custom option.
Since we don’t really want to track any of this data, or add it to hubspot in any way, we may just go with a PDF. Just thought it would be better as a form.
