Hi @ARainford, I’d really appreciate the opportunity to speak with Aizat or someone from his team. Our client uses the 365 extension, but the Logging Replies feature intermittently stops working for some users. We’ve also found navigating the Sales extension in Outlook to be quite challenging compared to our experience with Gmail. Thanks!
