Hi! I opened a new free HubSpot account and I’m having trouble customizing the Sender Name of my email. Even though I configured it as I always have (with other free accounts), the recipients’ inboxes are showing it like this: ![inquietudhubspot.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/9/9/9903212161fd43fa4932d55a10435568b0bd6d42.png) Can you tell me if customizing the sender has stopped being a feature available for free plans? Because I understand that some updates were made to the plans in March of this year. If that is the case, I’m curious why this option does not appear locked with a padlock like all the other restricted features. I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me if there’s something I’m overlooking or doing wrong. Just in case, I’ve already verified the sender’s email address. Thank you! ---

Hi @MariadelMar, The issue with the sender’s name in the email is caused by the free HubSpot account. HubSpot includes its own name along with the sender’s name, as shown in the image. Please inform me if there’s anything else I can assist you with.
