Hi everyone, I use Hubspot (free version) on a Wordpress website. I’m using the plugin and from the settins it seems installed correctly. Unfortunately I have a problem, the contacts who fill a form in the website who comes from “paid search” (google ads campaigns) aren’t imported correctly in Hubspot.

For example: Anne Smith [annesmith@gmail.com](mailto:annesmith@gmail.com) is imported only with the email also in Name colum.

Does anyone know why and how to solve? From the plugin it doesn’t seem it can be solved. Thanks

Hi @HMA ,

Is your form a HubSpot form (embedded using the plugin or with Javascript), or are you using Collected Forms?

Collected Forms will require an exact match between the field label on your website and the property it is mapped to in HubSpot in order for proper mapping, so you may want to double check this. As a rule, I would always recommend replacing any external forms with HubSpot forms as soon as possible.

hi, I’m using Contact form 7 and it’s just 1 form in the whole website, how can I ensure it maps the fields in the correct way into Hubspot? Waiting for your reply, thanks

Hi @HMA ,

You have two options:

1.) [Embed the hubspot forms Javascript in your page](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/how-can-i-share-a-hubspot-form-if-im-using-an-external-site)s instead of using Contact Form 7.

2.) [Use this plugin to map your Contact Forms 7 data](https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-hubspot/) to the appropriate HubSpot fields.

Hi Trevor,

thanks for your reply. It’s a lot of work to replace all the forms in the website thus I chose to use the plugin you advised me and it works. Just a question: do you advise to leave active both the official plugin of Hubspot and the one you advice me? I’m saying so beacuse I think the offial plugin tracks the origin of the lead and thus the source and yours maps the correct fileds. Thanks

Hi @HMA ,

You still need the Official HubSpot plugin for your analytics tracking code, unless you want to deploy the tracking code by some other means (for example, copying and pasting the code snippet into Google Tag Manager or simply adding it to your WordPress page template directly.)
