# Problem with Zoom integration

Hi,

So starting from monday all of our users on zoom lost the link on the zoom meeting confirmation email. We really have done no changes and all the integration and meeting page seems to be correctly configured.

Have there been any changes from Hubspot side? Or what could be the problem, out of ideas, as of right now.

I can see you have a ticket open with the technical support team about this, continuing to partner with them will be the best next step here. I can also confirm there is an internal investigation at the moment regarding this Zoom issue, and we appreciate your patience as we’re looking into this.

You should be able to fix this issue by following the steps below:

1. Edit the desired meeting link
2. Remove the Zoom option
3. Select the Zoom option again
