Hello, My website doesn’t work due to SSL issues: - the https version gives this error: ERR\_SSL\_VERSION\_OR\_CIPHER\_MISMATCH - the http works just fine As far as I can see, all my settings in the Hubspot app seem correct: the domain connections are OK and the SSL certficate is activated. Hi @dominiques, You’re very welcome 🙂 Glad to hear it resolved itself! I found an [article](https://wpdatatables.com/err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch/) that explains the error you were seeing: ERR\_SSL\_VERSION\_OR\_CIPHER\_MISMATCH error occurs when the browser can’t establish a secure connection with the webserver. It all starts with the SSL certificates used for providing a secure and encrypted connection between a website and a web browser. I hope this helps explain the potential source of this error message! Hi, @dominiques It is great that you can resolve the issue. The error “[ERR\_SSL\_VERSION\_OR\_CIPHER\_MISMATCH](https://certera.com/kb/how-to-fix-the-err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch-error/)” can appear due to a lack of “common SSL protocol version or cipher suite support” between a web server and a user’s browser. This issue happens during the TLS handshake process. I found the reference article, which may help understand the ways to fix the error, if it occurs in the future.
