I’ve completed this course, except for one thing: “Create a sequence from your library”. It’s impossible to complete the course because it’s impossible to complete this exercise. When you try, you don’t get the option to do it - you are limited to an “upgrade” page, with no option to actually do the exercise. Please fix!

Thank you for reaching out! In order to complete this track you must have the Sales Hub Starter subscription. I took a look at your account and currently you are working with a free HubSpot account which is why you are experiencing the described behavior.

It does not help. I figured that was the ‘why’ it was happening, but it does not resolve the problem. There are two things that you can do to resolve the problem. Either:
A). Simply mark the requirement as “complete” so my lesson will be marked as complete;
B). Or, change the lesson so that it doesn’t require exercises that are outside of the free version.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration and your feedback is very much appreciated and taken seriously. As mentioned, however, at this time the requirement for the course includes having a sales hub starter subscription in order to complete the “Mastering the Basics of Sales Hub Starter” course.
Certain certifications, including this one, require users to have access to paid features and tools in order to complete exercises that are not available in a free subscription.
I will be sure to send your feedback to the Academy team so this is taken into consideration for future changes and planning.
