If you want to send a quote to a contact, then yes, you need to manually create a deal and quote. Part of this can be automated in higher tier subscriptions (Professional and Enterprise) using workflows, but not in Starter, unfortunately.
I already did it but work only if client write me with a @namecompany.com and my client use always account like gmail.com or yahoo.com is there another option?
You can only encourage your website visitors to use your business emails, unfortunately. HubSpot wouldn’t know which company is associated with a freemail address. In that case, you need to make the association manually.
I understand and it’s unfortunate – but how could HubSpot possibly know which company is associated with a @gmail.com address?
Again, some of what you’re trying to achieve can be done with workflows (create an associated company record), but that requires a Professional or Enterprise subscription. It can’t be done with a starter license.
I spoke with Support and it’s a missed features in Hubspot. It’s meaning, you can duplicated quote but not connected with the client deal. Overwrite old deal of another client.
