# Problem with cookie consent banners

Hi @NFlannery, I’ve checked our internal database and found two active HubSpot accounts that are registered with this domain.

I’m thinking that you’ve probably just deleted your [user account](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/deactivate-hubspot-users#delete-your-user-account)and not [the entire HubSpot account.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/how-do-i-cancel-my-hubspot-account#crm-free-only)

Could you send me the account ID (HubID) of the account you’re currently using in a direct message via my Community profile?
