Hi!

We have a problem with registering BCC emails in Hubspot to our contacts.

To 5th June it was OK, sinse 6th June there is no e-mail in our contacts.

Our e-mail provider response us “Message rejected due to blocked recipient”, but the problem is not with our email provider, beacuse I did test, I send from one email with BCC to hubspot to other e-mail who is in Hubspot contacts, and there`s no new email registered in Hubspot.

Can you help me? Maybe find some sollution, or tell me there was some changes in this feature. and we will no longer register any email? I don`t know…

Hi @MicPog,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I’d recommend [setting up allowlisting](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails#set-up-allowlisting) with your email service provider. Please note that although the linked knowledge base article is referring to HubSpot notifications and marketing emails, you can apply the same steps to your sales email. You may need to reach out to your contacts to ask them to add you to their allowlists if they have strict security or spam filter.

I also wanted to refer you to these two related conversations on this topic:

- @Josh mentions that [1:1 emails are not sent through HubSpot](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Sales-Email/All-emails-are-rejected/m-p/408106), but rather your email provider. I’d recommend following his suggested steps on working with your IT team and/or email service provider if the issue continues after setting up allowlisting.
- @karstenkoehler explains that this behavior can occur when a recipient has spam or security filter in this [related conversation.](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Sales-Email/Email-rejected-by-spam-server/m-p/443514)

I recognize that this might not be an immediate solution, but I hope these steps point you in the right direction!

Best,

Kristen
