##### Hi, everyone. I am having two issues with syncing from HubSpot to Salesforce. ##### 1. For the Activity sync, I have made the Task Type field visible to the integration user and gave it all the access I could think of to get past this issue but I keep getting this error. Does anyone have any ideas on what I’m missing? ##### Problem getting task info from Salesforce We’re having trouble getting task types info from Salesforce, which prevents setting up activity and task sync. This could be because your Salesforce account doesn’t have permission to read the Type field. 2. My Contact and Company sync have been working fine for several days but now on the Company sync I am getting this message. Contact sync does not have this error. ##### Some Salesforce info unavailable Couldn’t load your Salesforce object names, but you can still view the rest of your object data. Hey @MChenault , For the first issue check out the link [@SamTassey](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/388334) provided. For the second one I’d start with checking integration user permissions (did anything change in Salesforce lately?) and you may need to reconnect the integration user if permissions were updated in SF. ---

Thanks for the help! It turned out to be that I hit our API call limit in Salesforce. So after letting it sit for a day everything is good now! ---

Does anyone have any ideas on what I’m missing?** Have you checked whether there are any validation rules, flows, or Apex triggers on the Task object? Even with the correct field permissions, automation can prevent HubSpot from creating or updating activities.
