@THoltman-124F not necessarily. Admins exist in free CRMs as well. I’d recommend you confirm with the person that invited you to HubSpot.
If you’re on the free CRM, you don’t have access to support. That would explain why they’re sending you here.
If you are on a paid subscription, you can breathe down their neck until they fix this
