This generally means that the certification has been discontinued by HubSpot Academy and is no longer available:
This actually is the case with the Contextual Marketing Certification; it is also not available on my end, and it is grayed out whenever you search for it in HubSpot Academy (see above)
The decision to take it down might be for a number of factors, but I suspect that the content may have been consolidated into other more up-to-date certifications such as the Marketing Hub Software Certification. Hope this helps!
