# Private Contacts/Communications

Allow for a user’s settings to keep their contacts and activities private to only them. Only a Super Admin would be permitted to turn on this setting for an individual user.

Use Case: A CEO or other team member who wants to use HubSpot features but needs certain activites to be kept private from the other users on the account.
