I like your comment. The solution should be to add a print function to
HubSpot, since so many customers request it. It would be a great feature
since all of the contacts and companies have documents attached, which need
to be printed from time to time.

It would be very helpful to print out an email trail of a deal for example for auditing purposes.

Haha, you never know! HubSpot is known for listening to users, so maybe with Inbound just around the corner, they’ll surprise us with a shiny new “Print Email” button. 
After all, they love making the HubSpot experience as user-friendly as possible. Let’s hope some good news is on the horizon!

Please can you create this option… it would be helpful at audit stage for us.
This would be a very useful feature to have. When customers place orders, many include the order details directly in the body of the email rather than as an attachment, so being able to print the email or ticket would be incredibly helpful.
It’s a bit ironic that there’s an option to print these “ideas,” but not an actual email, which is far more critical for daily operations.
