We all hear this phrase especially if the client doesn’t care about quality or features. all he cares about is the price.
What would you do in this case?

Hi, in this scenario, explaining to the customer what they are getting for the price may be a solution. There may be special features that are better than other competitors selling the same thing, greater benefits etc, that all contribute to the overall price. Take charge of the conversation and remind them that what is being sold to them is of more benefit to them having it, than not.
I would be concerned that I have not targeted the correct customer(s). If I am selling a high value product or service my customers need to be interested in more than price. I need to uncover what their needs really are, and then match them up to the benefits my product/service will bring them. If all they want is low price and you cannot service that need then it becomes an easy disqualifier and you can move on to a prospect more in line with what you are providing.

Read some sales books on handling objections. This is a very big topic. Not a simple answer.
You can have it fast, You can have it Cheap, You can have it be good. Pick two. - “heard it from some podcast” But its a good quote to remember when dealing with clients. The price will always be too high if the customer does not see the value in what you are selling. We are here to solve the customer’s needs and make some money off of it. The more value you can create the more you can charge. Be proud you are not the cheapest in town but also proud of your work, your brand., and how you can help your fellow human.
In this scenario, it’s crucial to consistently emphasise the value of our product or service, emphasising potential cost savings for our clients.
Then you just have the wrong buyer in front of you.
You present the value. Link it to their problems.
If they want it, they’re in the market
If they don’t care about your product, wrong market
Second step.
You present your price for the product
They agree → ideal customer
Too expensive → either lower price or look for more upmarket persona (someone who CAN spend that)
Price is too high & dont care about the feature → they are not your target buyer. Move on and define a better buyer persona
