Previous Deal stage to be tracked

Hi Community,

I just had a query that there are 6 deal stage in my instance and I want to track the previous deal stage. eg - X-Deal was created and its stage was Appointment scheduled and then it was moved Discovery stage and then to Closed won so now I want to see what my previous deal stage was. When it reached the Closed won then it should show the previous deal stage as Discovery. And suppose I directly moved the deal to closed won post creation then the previous deal stage should be NA or blank.

I also would like to see the time taken between the two deal stages.

Yes it is possible through some custom properties and automation. You firstly need to create 3 custom properties for Previous deal stages and Dates and then create automation around the same .Stamp the dates with the help of step date and hence obtain the difference by time between in the calculation field .
