Prevent user access to drag and drop email builder

Our marketing team has strict brand guidelines and feel the drag and drop email builder gives content creators too much design and layout control. We would like to disable this feature to small number of users.

Please create a user permission to turn off access to this tool.

Or to have the ability, for Admins to create a “locked” template. In that certain modules cannot be changed. Others that can be changed but not the properties edited, etc etc etc…
