Prevent Protonmail Short Domain (@pm.me) from being auto recognized as a Company

Hi All, I have a situation where HubSpot is auto-recognizing the @PM.me shortened email domain from ProtonMail as a Company and associating contacts with this company. Can I block this from happening and can I remove these associations in bulk?

You can exclude ProtonMail from the automatic company creation/association by following these steps: Automatically create and associate companies with contacts

Thanks Karsten. Any advice on deleting the associations for the company in bulk?

In this case deleting the company record would do the trick, since it’s not an actual company.
