Prevent hubspot from capturing leads from other forms on the site

i have 2 forms on my website. One made with hubspot which is for capturing leads and another which is integrated with another mailing platform. When I go to the forms panel, hubspot is synchronizing all the forms on the site, including the one I didn’t request integration with. I already requested to delete the form in the hubspot panel,
but each time a user uses that form, it reappears. This unsolicited caputra is getting in the way a lot and causing several errors and counterproductivity. How can I resolve this issue?
