Today, our contacts are able to schedule their own meetings via the Sales Meetings functionality and are able to use the links within the meeting invite to cancel or reschedule their meeting. Unfortunately, a contact is able to go through the process an unlimited amount of times and can book literally as many meetings of the same meeting type that they want. This negatively impacts our internal team by creating an administrative nightmare where recruiters are unable to know which meetings are “legitimate” vs. which are really just rescheduled meetings. I believe the ideal state would be something like when the contact tries to schedule a meeting of the same meeting type they already have booked they are prompted with the reschedule link for the current meeting they have booked so the meeting time will update on the recruiters calendar.
In addition, I’d like a timestamp and field change history accessible for the “include cancel and reschedule link in event description” so I can see what other team members may have changed or updated and when.
Finally, I’d like to request that these cancel and reschedule links are also automatically included in the auto email reminders that are sent to the contact.
