All team members in my portal have connected their emails with the email extension. Despite having the automatic email logging option turned off, one specific user continues to log contacts. I suspect this is because she has the option enabled on her extension. How can I block this specific user from logging contacts?

As far as I know, this is currently not possible. If a user has the permissions to connect their personal email and has the extension installed or uses the BCC address, their sent emails will create or update contact records. There isn’t any specific permission that would prevent this.
You would have to align with this user and explain which settings they need to disable in their extension to not create new contact records.
