hello,
when writing an email to a contact that has DEALS associated, the emial is automatically associated to these DEALS and it’s not possible to unselect from HUBSpot sales. In our case, many times, the email sent to the contact may not be related to any of the DEALS but other topic, how can we remove these previous selection?

There are some settings on the email logging settings that will help to control this better:
Also, when sending an email you should have the ability to uncheck any emails that you do not want to log the activity to.
For anything that was previously associated, you can remove the association from the record in HubSpot. Here’s some information on that.
