The Issue:
Currently, there is no ability to create a custom pre-meeting reminder at a specific date and time. We’re currently restricted to selecting from the allocated dropdown menu options as per the below screenshot:
The Request:
Ability to add a custom pre-meeting reminder at a specific date and time before the meeting. E.g. Send an email to the attendees at 9:00 am the day of the meeting.
Perhaps the ability to create an 'If, Then’ formula rule will provide even more customisability. E.g. If a meeting is at 9:00am, then, send a pre-meeting reminder the day-before at a specific time (e.g. 4:00pm). If not, send a pre-meeting reminder at 9:00am the day of the meeting.
The Why and Benefit:
Based on past experiences, we have found that sending a pre-meeting reminder at the beginning of the morning the day of the meeting (albeit manually) has resulted in a higher show-rate.
