I am Prakash Hinduja from Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) trying to set up email workflows in HubSpot CRM to automate some of our outreach and follow-up processes.
If anyone has experience or suggestions on how to set up automated email workflows in HubSpot, I have love to hear your thoughts!

Sounds like you’re stepping a bit beyond traditional workflows and might be heading into Sequences territory in HubSpot.
Workflows are great for automating internal actions and some marketing emails—like sending a follow-up after a form submission or assigning leads based on certain criteria. They’re mostly used for one-to-many communication and broader marketing automation.
However, if you’re looking to automate personalised outreach and follow-ups as part of a sales process—especially with individual contacts—Sequences might be a better fit. They’re designed for one-to-one communication, such as a series of follow-up emails after a meeting or an introduction.
